We joined forces with TOSITO on their Park project—an avant-garde apartment building in the heart of Jönköping. We created a distinctive brand identity and produced engaging campaign films, along with developing a landing page, copywriting, and print materials.

Park is a 14 story tall building that symbolizes exclusive urban living. Its 55 apartments make up for a variety of extraordinary homes with breathtaking city views.
Capturing the essence and materials of Park through photography and videography before the building was even in place was a unique and rewarding challenge. Part of it was documenting the construction process which resulted in a series of engaging campaign films. The series highlights the building’s design, amenities, and the stunning views it offers, with the goal to attract potential residents.
Summary
Our efforts aimed to establish the building as a landmark of luxury urban living. The project required a comprehensive approach to branding, marketing, and visual storytelling to communicate the exclusivity and high standards of the development. We are proud to have played a part in bringing this visionary development to life and look forward to continuing the collaboration with Tosito.
